Legislative Day remains the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (C.A.R.) premier advocacy event, bringing California REALTORS® together to engage directly with state legislators and their staff on issues impacting housing and real estate. As homeownership becomes increasingly out of reach for many Californians, C.A.R. continues to champion policies that expand housing opportunities and strengthen pathways to homeownership. This year, REALTORS® from across the state gathered in Sacramento to advocate for solutions that help more Californians achieve the dream of owning a home and to reinforce homeownership as a top legislative priority.
